在人口老龄化背景下对适老化设计标准的系统研究旨在理解标准的覆盖范围和发展现状,洞察标准体系存在的问题,为完善标准体系的建设提供参考,为适老化设计研究者和设计师提供设计指南。在全国标准信息公共服务平台,以“适老”作为关键词进行搜索,通过对其数量、时间序列、空间分布、技术归口与行业分类的分析,呈现我国适老化标准的发展概况,从标准实施对象视角,分实体产品与设施、环境与空间、数智产品与信息交互、服务四个方面进行标准的详述,在此基础上进一步总结适老化设计的共性原则。适老化标准正从物理适老向数智适老、服务适老进行加速升级,并初步体现出从功能的特殊性满足到关注通用性的人文倾向,但在品类覆盖、人群精确适配和效果评价上有显著不足,未来需要持续完善适老化标准体系建设。
Abstract
This paper presents a systematic study of age-friendly design standards in the context of an aging population, aiming to understand the scope and development status of these standards, provide a reference for improving the standard system, and offer design guidelines for researchers and designers in age-friendly design. A search is conducted with the keyword "age-friendly" on the National Public Service Platform for Standards Information. Through a statistical analysis of the number, time series, spatial distribution, technical classification, and industry categorization of the identified standards, the study outlines the development profile of age-friendly standards in China. From the perspective of standard implementation objects, the paper provides a detailed review of age-friendly standards across four aspects: physical products and facilities, environments, digital and intelligent products and information interaction, and services. On this basis, common principles of age-friendly design are further summarized. The findings indicate that age-friendly standards are accelerating their evolution from physical accessibility to digital and intelligent accessibility as well as service-oriented accessibility. They also reflect a shift from addressing specific functional needs to emphasizing a humanistic approach to universality. However, significant shortcomings remain in terms of category coverage, precise adaptation to diverse user groups, and effectiveness evaluation. Future efforts should focus on continuously improving the age-friendly standard system.
