邳州纸塑狮子头作为国家级非遗项目,其研究聚焦于挖掘这一地域传统手工艺的文化内涵、工艺特征及现代传承困境,以期为民间工艺的保护与创新提供理论参考与实践路径。从历史学、人类学、设计学多维度剖析其制作工艺、形制特点及伦理演变。通过对比南北狮艺术特征,解析邳州纸塑狮子头在造型、装饰、色彩上的融合创新逻辑,并运用符号学理论阐释其文化象征体系。邳州纸塑狮子头的形成受地理枢纽地位与南北文化交融影响,其工艺体系以天然材质与七道核心工序为特色,兼具环保理念与艺术价值。形制上兼具北狮雄浑与南狮灵秀,通过造型轮廓、五官塑造、装饰纹样构建独特视觉语言。在现代转型中,虽面临传承主体流失、生产模式低效等挑战,但依托非遗政策支持与文化价值挖掘,实现传统基因与现代设计协同的创造性转化,在保持本真性的基础上深度融入现代生活,成为激活地域文化认同的载体。

As a national intangible cultural heritage project, the research on the Pizhou paper-molded lion head focuses on exploring the cultural connotations, craftsmanship features and modern inheritance predicaments of this regional traditional handicraft, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical paths for the protection and innovation of folk arts. From the perspectives of history, anthropology and design, its production techniques, form characteristics and ethical evolution are analyzed. By comparing the artistic features of lions in the north and south, the logic of integration and innovation in the shape, decoration and color of the Pizhou paper-molded lion head is analyzed, and the semiotic theory is applied to explain its cultural symbol system. The formation of the Pizhou paper-molded lion head is influenced by its geographical hub position and the cultural integration of the north and south. Its craftsmanship system is characterized by natural materials and seven core procedures, combining environmental protection concepts and artistic values. In terms of form, it combines the robustness of northern lions with the delicacy of southern lions, and builds a unique visual language through the outline, facial features and decorative patterns. In the process of modern transformation, although it faces challenges such as the loss of inheritance subjects and inefficient production models, it has achieved creative transformation through the synergy of traditional genes and modern design, relying on the support of intangible cultural heritage policies and the exploration of cultural values. It has deeply integrated into modern life while maintaining its authenticity, becoming a carrier to activate regional cultural identity.
