Design needs to face complex problems. The problems we are facing in the world today cannot be solved by linear single point-to-point. We need to think about how to face complex problems in a systematic and integrated way. "Meta-design" comprehensively responds to the thinking of the future of design from six aspects, namely, the change of "game" rules, comprehensiveness, new language, synergy and intersection and joint creation. Therefore, design management in the future will have new definitions and contents. It is no longer a component of the "design" discussed in the new design concept of project-based design management, but a catalyst to promote design change. Specifically, it integrates social design, and becomes the main force of public policy design; it integrates service design, and becomes the content of design from the means of design.
