Abstract:The work aims to explore how to integrate the traditional creation ideas into the design of cultural tourism products, realize cultural innovation, and solve the dilemma that the living space of handicrafts is becoming more and more difficult and is on the verge of being lost due to the serious disconnection between traditional cultural tourism products and contemporary people’s lives. The traditional idea of “harmony” is sorted out to analyze the status quo and problems combined with the opportunities and challenges encountered in the process of cultural tourism creative product design. In view of user needs, the relevant literature and cases are searched to integrate the cultural creativity, traditional creative ideas and traditional folk tourism products to innovate the strategies and methods of cultural tourism product design, and carry out illustration with examples. The evolution of design must be based on respect for history, and the innovation of design must be based on deep culture. Based on the “harmony” culture, the most important spiritual core of Chinese traditional culture, the work provides valuable thinking and opinions on the innovative design of cultural tourism products, and explores the path of keeping pace with the times.
