The 15th National Games is jointly hosted for the first time by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a regional unit, marking a significant shift in event organization from single-city to regional collaboration. The work aims to explore innovative approaches for the visual color system of regional large-scale sports events from the perspective of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao regional collaboration. Based on the design practice of the visual color system for the 15th National Games and set against the backdrop of the Greater Bay Area, a standardized color system is established by combining regional color extraction and systematic construction. Then, methods and frameworks for extracting color systems applicable to large-scale urban agglomerations are developed. Through the narrative application of core graphics, a visual identity system with regional characteristics and event-specific features is constructed. This work provides theoretical foundations and practical references for constructing color systems for future regional large-scale sports events and demonstrates that a regionally characteristic color system can effectively enhance visual unity, promote regional cultural communication, and strengthen the event's brand influence.
