The Miao back fan, a key intangible cultural heritage (ICH) artifact in Guizhou, embodies maternal affection, collective memory, and gift ethics. Its affective value and cultural implications typify "warmth-oriented ICH". Against the backdrop of rapidly evolving intelligent technologies, the work aims to explore a design pathway for the contemporary transformation and living inheritance of ICH products without undermining the agency of traditional craftsmanship. Based on the back fan's cultural semiotic system and emotional transmission chain, and combined with the three-level model of emotional design, field investigation and Kansei engineering are employed to quantitatively map users' affective impressions to design elements. Building on multimodal capabilities of generative artificial intelligence and a discriminative analytical approach, a human-AI collaborative innovation framework of "recognition-generation-evaluation-optimization" is constructed. An "intelligent back fan system" is presented as the design vehicle, yielding an integrated workflow spanning concept generation, patterns and appearance, structure and hardware, and software and interaction, along with reusable design guidelines and evaluation dimensions. The resulting "emotion-culture-technology" symbiotic model offers a transferable methodological reference for the contemporary transformation of similarly warmth-infused ICH products.
