针对灾害应急与公共安全领域中风险情绪干预缺乏系统化设计路径的问题,以情绪双阶段特征为核心,构建风险情绪设计干预框架。基于风险感知与情绪调节理论构建基础框架,分析恐惧情绪的双阶段演化路径,从信息设计、环境线索与具身认知三个维度构建干预路径框架,通过工业安全与医疗领域典型案例论证,形成“有效预警-焦虑脱出”的风险情绪双调节通路。构建风险情绪的警觉与焦虑阶段的干预目标,提出信息设计、环境线索与具身认知的风险情绪调节协同机制,通过设计干预实现警觉激活与焦虑缓释的可控平衡。通过引入恐惧情绪双阶段特征,整合信息设计、环境线索与具身认知三维路径,提出“有效预警-焦虑脱出”的双极调节机制,将情绪机制工程化为可设计的调控对象,为公共灾害、工业安全等高风险场景提供可实施的跨学科设计干预方法论。
Abstract
To address the lack of a systematic design pathway for risk emotion intervention in disaster response and public safety, this study takes the two-stage characteristics of the fear emotion as the core to construct an operable design intervention framework for risk emotions. Based on risk perception and emotion regulation theories, a theoretical framework is established to analyze the two-stage evolutionary path of fear. An intervention pathway framework is constructed from three dimensions of information design, environmental cues, and embodied cognition. Through verification with typical cases in industrial safety and medical fields, a dual-regulation pathway of "effective warning - anxiety relief" for risk emotions is developed. The study defines intervention objectives for the alert and anxiety stages of risk emotions, and proposes a synergistic mechanism through which the three pathways regulate risk emotions. By means of design intervention, a controllable balance is achieved between activating necessary alertness and avoiding excessive anxiety. By introducing the two-stage characteristics of the fear emotion, integrating the three-dimensional pathways of information design, environmental cues, and embodied cognition, and proposing the bipolar regulation mechanism, this study transforms emotional mechanisms into designable regulatory targets, thereby providing an implementable interdisciplinary design intervention methodology for high-risk scenarios such as public disasters and industrial safety.
