针对设计介入乡村人居环境存在的“重文轻质”“重物轻事”“重实践轻理论”等问题,旨在系统审视设计在其中的角色、功能与治理逻辑,并探索有效的介入路径,为乡村建设实践提供理论指引。通过梳理现有实践与理论,首先凝练当前设计介入的三大问题;进而从设计角色、设计功能、设计治理三个维度进行学理反思。在此基础上,结合多学科视角,以“本天利人”为核,以“内外双系统”为框架,以“三个圈层”为路径,尝试建构一套立足乡村本体特征、回应乡村真实需求的设计体系。乡村人居环境设计需摆脱城市模式移植,通过角色转换、理论构建与范式革新,使设计以平等、协同的姿态介入,方能切实回应乡村真实需求,推动宜居宜业和美乡村的可持续发展。

In response to prevalent issues in design intervention in rural human settlements, such as "emphasizing form over substance", "prioritizing objects over processes" and "focusing on practice over theory", the work aims to systematically examine the role, function, and governance logic of design in this context and to explore effective intervention pathways, thereby providing theoretical guidance for rural construction practices. By reviewing existing practices and theories, three major problems in current design interventions are firstly extracted. Then, theoretical reflection is conducted from three dimensions of design role, design function, and design governance. On this basis, multidisciplinary perspectives are integrated to construct a design system that is rooted in the inherent characteristics of rural areas and responds to their actual needs, with "benefiting people while cherishing nature" as its core, "internal and external dual systems" as its framework, and "three concentric circles" as its approach. Rural human settlement design must break away from the simple transplantation of urban models. Through role transformation, theoretical construction, and paradigm innovation, design can intervene in an equal and collaborative manner, thereby genuinely addressing the actual needs of rural areas and promoting the sustainable development of livable, workable, and harmonious villages.
