摘要

在工业遗产建筑更新相关理论基础上,实现工业遗产资源多元文化因素的分类和量化,结合创新思维方法,建构出具有工业遗产特征的文创产品设计生成方式和满意度评价方法。对工业遗产更新案例中的保留工业元素进行词频分析,结合建筑类型学和要素概念,依据建筑要素、室内元素、生产设备、生产产品和标识文本5特征进行层次分析法递阶层次模型建构,以鞍钢为例,应用形态、结构和功能3种模拟法进行原型特征因素选择和文创方案生成,最后进行层次分析法满意度方案比较和评价。通过文创方案生成过程研究和满意度比较分析表明,模拟法结合层次分析法的原型结构模型能够有效指导辽宁工业遗产特征的文创方案层次结构模型。模拟法与层次分析法结合,能够有效引导设计出具有典型工业遗产特征的文创方案。

Abstract

Based on the theories related to the renewal of industrial heritage buildings, the work aims to classify and quantify the multi-cultural factors of industrial heritage resources and integrate innovative thinking methods to construct cultural and creative product design generation approaches with industrial heritage characteristics and satisfaction evaluation methods. Firstly, a word-frequency analysis of the preserved industrial elements in the industrial heritage regeneration case is conducted. Secondly, by combining architectural typology and the concept of elements, the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to construct a hierarchical model based on the five characteristics of architectural elements, interior elements, production equipment, production products, and signage texts. Thirdly, with Ansteel as an example, three simulation methods including form, structure, and function, are applied to select prototype characteristic factors and generate cultural and creative product solutions. Finally, satisfaction levels of the solutions are compared and evaluated with the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The process of generating cultural and creative product solutions and the comparative analysis of satisfaction show that the prototype structure model of the innovative thinking simulation method combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process can effectively guide the hierarchical structure model of cultural and creative product solutions for the characteristics of Liaoning industrial heritage. The innovative thinking simulation and the Analytic Hierarchy Process can effectively guide the design of cultural and creative solutions with typical industrial heritage characteristics.
