针对当前城市公园坐具设计功能单一、难以满足游客多元需求问题,研究基于情感化设计理论三层次架构,建立从需求识别到设计转化的坐具设计路径,构建系统性的设计研究范式,提升游客的休憩舒适感与场所体验。首先,使用KJ法构建游客需求清单,厘清KANO模型需求属性;其次,使用TOPSIS法进行需求优先级排序,明确核心设计要素;最后,以大明宫国家遗址公园坐具设计为例,通过加权评分对设计方案进行量化综合评价,验证该方法可行性。KJ-KANO-TOPSIS方法能够有效整合游客的情感化需求,优化设计决策过程,推动城市公园坐具设计由“标准化供给”向“情感赋能设计”转型,为城市公园坐具的人本化设计提供参考。
Abstract
This study addresses the issue of the single functionality of urban park furniture design, which fails to meet the diverse needs of visitors. Based on the three-tier framework of the emotional design theory, a furniture design pathway that spans from need identification to design transformation is established to create a systematic design research paradigm, aiming at enhancing visitors' comfort and place experience. First, the KJ method is employed to construct a list of visitor needs and the KANO model is used to clarify the attributes of these needs. Next, the TOPSIS method is then applied to prioritize these needs and identify core design elements. Finally, with the furniture design of the Daming Palace National Heritage Park as an example, a quantitative comprehensive evaluation of design proposals is conducted through weighted scoring to validate the feasibility of this methodology. The KJ-KANO-TOPSIS approach effectively integrates visitors' emotional needs, optimizes the design decision-making process, and facilitates the transformation of urban park furniture design from "standardized supply" to "emotionally empowered design", providing a reference for human-centered design in urban park furniture.
