针对当前声音遗产面临的“重物质轻声音、重存档轻活化、重个体轻联动”的困境,探讨艺术城市视域下其系统性保护与创新性传承,通过叙事设计策略实现黄河流域城市文化遗产的活态传承。以艺术城市的核心内涵为基础,结合黄河流域主要城市的实地调研,提炼出类型划分、结构搭建、语境营造、机制创新四种叙事设计要素;进而提出构建流域化叙事空间、搭建多元化叙事内容、打造情感化叙事场景的实践策略。以“遗产转化为艺术,艺术服务于城市”为核心逻辑,构建“声音遗产-叙事设计-艺术城市”的三维联动模型,明确三者适配关系并形成针对性叙事设计策略。研究为黄河流域沿线城市声音遗产的保护与活化提供理论参考和实践依据,助力打造兼具文化内涵与艺术特质的城市。

The work aims to address the current dilemma confronting sound heritage characterized by "prioritizing material over sound, archiving over activation, and individual elements over connectivity" and explore paths for its systematic protection and innovative inheritance, thus achieving the dynamic preservation of urban cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin through narrative design strategies. Based on the core connotation of art cities and combined with field research conducted in major cities across the Yellow River Basin, four key narrative design elements of type classification, structural framing, contextualization, and mechanism innovation are extracted. Subsequently, practical strategies are proposed, including developing river-basin-specific narrative spaces, building diversified narrative content, and forging emotionally resonant narrative scenarios. Guided by the core logic of "transforming heritage into art and art serving the city", a three-dimensional linkage model of "sound heritage - narrative design - art city" is developed. This model clarifies the adaptive relationships among the three components and yields targeted narrative design strategies. The findings of this study provide theoretical insights and practical support for the protection and revitalization of sound heritage in cities along the Yellow River Basin, and contribute to building cities that embody both cultural depth and artistic distinctiveness.
