在我国城市发展由“增量扩张”向“存量提质”深刻转型的背景下,社区微更新已成为提升人居环境品质、激发内生动力的关键路径。为破解社区微更新中面临的空间场景同质、文化传承浅表、主体参与单一、价值转化低效等系统性困境,论文以艺术城市生态系统理念框架为根基,构建“空间-文化-治理-价值”四维协同的社区微更新循证策略：空间维度,以艺术赋能实现生活场景体验升维;文化维度,以在地基因活态转译重构文化叙事;治理维度,以参与式机制创新培育多元共治的内生动力;价值维度,以品牌塑造与价值再生培育社区持续生命力。通过重庆市北碚区朝阳街道在地实践,探索社区微更新从“物理空间修补”到“人本场域焕新”的系统性跃迁实施路径。理论层面,将艺术城市生态系统理论框架转化为可操作的社区微更新策略框架,深化了艺术城市理论的应用内涵;实践层面,为践行人民城市理念、推动城市精细化治理提供了兼具学理支撑与现实意义的创新范式。

Against the backdrop of China's profound urban development transformation from "incremental expansion" to "stock-based quality enhancement", community micro-renewal has become a critical path for enhancing the quality of human settlements and stimulating endogenous vitality. To address the systematic dilemmas faced in community micro-renewal practices, including homogeneous spatial scenarios, superficial cultural inheritance, single-subject participation, and inefficient value transformation, the work aims to construct an evidence-based community micro-renewal strategy featuring "space-culture-governance-value" four-dimensional coordination based on the theoretical framework of the artistic urban ecosystem, In the space dimension, artistic empowerment is adopted to upgrade the experience of living scenarios. In the culture dimension, the dynamic translation of local indigenous cultural elements. In the governance dimension, innovations in participatory mechanisms are made to foster endogenous driving forces for multi-stakeholder co-governance. In the value dimension, brand building and value regeneration are implemented to cultivate the sustained vitality of communities. Through the local practice in Chaoyang Sub-district, Beibei District, Chongqing Municipality, this study explores the path of systematic transformation of community micro-renewal from "physical space renovation" to "human-centric revitalization". Theoretically, it converts the theoretical framework of the artistic urban ecosystem into an operable strategic framework for community micro-renewal, deepening the application connotation of the artistic urban theory. Practically, It offers an academically grounded and practically viable paradigm for people-centered urban development and refined governance.
