    摘要:

    “点缀式”公共艺术和新类型公共艺术貌似是公共艺术发展的两个阶段,但本质上都属于“场所营造”。它们在成果载体、发起主体、生产路径、后续效应和价值底色上都是交叠的。基于“场所营造”理念的公共艺术实践,注定了“内卷”的结局,沦为小资化和精英主义的游戏。要想击穿“内卷”、获取范式突破,必须重新思讨公共艺术的历史基因与使命,并将之与现实链接,必须重新思考公共艺术在当下的价值定位与价值输出,并要具备起底式的、自噬的勇气,去建立新的打法、体系和规则。这是伟大的事物在当今时代取得升维的唯一方式。

    Abstract:

    Interspersed public art and New types of public art seem to be two stages of the development of public art, but in essence they belong to “place making”. They are overlapping in the carrier of achievements, the initiator, the production path, the follow-up effect, and the value background. The public art practice based on the idea of “place making” is doomed to the end of “Involution” and become a game of petty bourgeoisie and elitism. In order to break through the involution and achieve a breakthrough in the paradigm, the historical gene and mission of public art must be rethought, and be linked with reality. It is necessary to rethink the value orientation and value output of public art at present, and to have the courage to start from the bottom and autophagy to establish new playing methods, systems and rules. It's the only way that great things can be upgraded in today??s era.
